North is the vision of Jess Watson, CEO & Creative Director of the design studio Points North. She stumbled upon a space she hadn’t been seeking but couldn’t resist—a chance to add another touch of charm to the growing Baltimore landscape.
Our loft is a space with a personal touch that reflects our design ethos. Whether you’re hosting a business meeting, a photoshoot, or a family gathering, this thoughtfully curated space offers a welcoming retreat to create meaningful memories. As a design studio, we’ve poured our passion into making it a unique and inspiring setting for every occasion.

The Space
Approximately 1200 square feet, with original hardwood floors, brick walls, ceiling beams, and exposed ductwork. During the day, North is flooded with natural light from windows on all sides.
Ammenities
North has high speed business class internet. There is a full kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee.

Accessibility
The loft is fully flat. The building has an elevator. There are two steps down to enter the lobby of the building.
